BODYPUMP™

A full-body weights workout. BodyPump is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – Fast.

BLUE SKY CIRCUIT

Using our outdoor “playground” with various exercise stations, you’ll move around each station and workout different muscle groups. You’ll work hard and test both your cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.

GRIT SERIES™

LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.

GRIT STRENGTH – This worjout uses barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

GRIT PLYO – Using a bench and combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. 

GRIT CARDIO – This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

RPM™

RPM™ is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Tune in to some great music as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.

 

BODYCOMBAT™

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

 

BODYBALANCE™

Rebalance your life at a Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ class. This calming class takes a holistic approach to fitness, as it guides you through a unique mix of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Feel strong and centred as you move through a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, bringing balance back into your busy life. Focus on controlled breathing and soothing music as you flow through the workout, building flexibility and strength.

PILATES

With Pilates you can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness, as well as a decrease in back pain or other general pains. Pilates takes a balanced approach so that no muscle group is overworked and the body moves as an efficient, holistic system in sport and daily activity.

 

BODYWEIGHT CIRCUIT

Bodyweight circuits uses your own body to push yourself to the limits whilst increasing strength, balance and co-ordination. Bodyweight training should be the fundamental part of any programme. The class will go through several variations of push, pull, leg and core exercises and is suitable for all levels.

 

CORE

A key element of every exercise programme should be core work. Our core class will help you build a more stable, stronger abdomen and lower back to improve fitness, straighten posture and provide a foundation for an active daily life.

YOGA

Experience mind and body connection through a series of physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. As well benefits to your flexibility, Yoga can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health

CYCLE FIT

A free style class based on stationary bikes. A great atmosphere will be set with energising music to support you whilst you burn fat, improve muscle tone and increase your cardiovascular fitness. All level’s welcome, you are in control of the resistance whilst you work on climbs, sprints and flat riding lead by an Oriam instructor.

KETTLEBELLS

Kettlebell classes are a mixture of skill building and high intensity circuit training making for both a fun and challenging experience. The intensity of the session can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions. For this reason beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class.

ACTIVE LIVING

Active living is a class designed to improve your fitness strength and flexibility, regardless of your goal. The class provides low impact exercise that is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.

360 CIRCUIT

360 Circuit is performed in the gym on the Synergy 360 ‘playground’ and provides you with a range of benefits to ensure that you come out of your workout feeling that you have really worked hard. The benefits include: An effective total body workout, all in one place. Take things at your own pace, whether you’re an elite athlete, or a beginner. Use your body weight or a weight of your choice on all stations.
