We ask all members who can do so, to please wear a mask on arrival to the building and in corridors when moving between activity areas. We have a ‘keep left’ system in all corridors which we ask everyone to follow and sanitizing stations at each entry point and activity area.

What should I bring with me?

We ask members to only bring the essentials into Oriam.

  • Dress ready for your activity before arrival. Changing rooms are currently closed.
  • A face mask.
  • Oriam Members card. You will need this for access to the fitness suite and car park.
  • A water bottle. Stay hydrated during your activity, water fountains now available for re-fills.
  • Your own equipment for an activity. Rackets, Yoga mats and resistance bands for example.

Can I use the changing rooms or showers when I visit?

Our changing rooms and showers will be closed at the moment. We encourage members to change at home and arrive ready to workout. Access to lockers will also not be available so please only bring the essentials into the building. We hope to open changing rooms shortly.

How does the Rule of 6 Affect Oriam?

The new legislation on social gatherings does not apply to organised sport or gym areas, however it does apply to our Bistro and any other social spaces.

We ask all members visiting the Bistro to limit their group to a maximum of 6 adults from upto 2 households.

For all of our sport and fitness activities we ask members to follow the existing guidance for those areas.

How do I leave feedback about my visit?

Our team are doing their upmost to make sure everyone’s visit is safe, clean, friendly and fun. If you have any feedback on your visit please let us know. You can email or use our feedback form.

Which activities are currently available?

Activities will be gradually phased in as we settle in to the ‘new normal’ and all activities must be pre-booked. We will update everyone as we add new activities. We will follow the guidance from each governing body on set-up, equipment and numbers.

Current available activities are:

  • Fitness sessions
  • Group Exercise classes
  • 5 & 7-a-side football
  • Squash (own equipment, solo practice or same household)

How Do I book an activity?

If you are a current member you are welcome to book an activity online, via our new app or by phone. Our new Oriam App is a convenient way to manage all of your activities on the go. To login to the app or online you will need your email address and password. If you have any difficulties logging-in please try the ‘forgotten password’ link or you can call or email reception for assistance during opening hours.

Please remember to cancel your booking if for any reason you are unable to attend. This may give another member the opportunity to go to an activity and we will be using our booking system as part of our track & trace protocols so attendance will be closely monitored.
