Bump club classes are a great way to keep fit and healthy whilst pregnant, or if you have recently welcomed a new baby into the world. There are two bump classes we offer –

Mum and Bump

Our Mum and Bump classes are designed to keep you and your bump fit and healthy.  Each class will incorporate some cardio and strength exercises. 

The classes are run in 4 week blocks costing £26 per block.

Mondays 7.20pm – 8.05pm

Mum and Baby

Our Mum and Baby classes are relaxed, fun classes where Mum can train and baby can play. These classes are designed to help you get back to fitness without having to worry about childcare.

The class will include cardio and strength exercises with a focus on returning the core and pelvic floor muscles to full strength.
These classes are run in 8 week blocks costing £52 per block.

Wednesdays 10am-10.45am

Fridays 09.30am – 10.15am
