MASSAGE THERAPY

THERAPEUTIC AND SPORTS

Massage therapy is an excellent way to help manage day-to-day aches and pains caused by a busy or stressful life.  It is also an excellent way to help prevent injuries if you are training for fitness or competition and can be vital in recovery from high intensity training sessions or competitive events.

The benefits of massage are not only physiological but can have significant psychological benefits also.  Tailored to your requirements, massage is an excellent way to relax, recover, replenish and reinvigorate. Feel the stress and tension of a busy life drift away with one of our experienced massage therapists.

Our practitioners will use their depth of experience to tailor your treatments to your specific needs.

Appointments available on Wednesdays and Sundays

  • Therapeutic Massage
A gentle form of massage therapy focussed on relaxation and restoration of energy. This technique involves gentle flushing of muscle groups in order to promote recovery, reduce pain, improve sleep and improve quality of life. It is an excellent way of helping to cope with a hectic life.
  • Sports Massage
This is a more vigorous form of massage therapy with focus on recovery from the exertions of sport or activity and easing pain related to this. The pressure used on the soft tissue is higher but can be a great way of relieving pain, flushing out lactic acid and can also be used to relieve pain associated with a busy working week.

Our Sunday morning massage clinic is the perfect opportunity for busy parents to take a moment to prioritise themselves for a change. Equally great timing for the weekend warrior in need of some time to recover from competition or training before the working week begins.

Prices are currently one standard price for Therapeutic and Sport treatments and all customer categories.

Price options:

  •  £50 | 60 minutes
  •  £45 | 45 minutes

An excellent way to help with managing chronic pain conditions such as osteoarthritis or rheumatoid conditions, it can help to give sufferers lasting relief from painful and stiff joints. Sessions are supervised by our physiotherapy staff who all have qualifications in water safety.

Our practitioners will use their depth of experience to tailor your treatments to your specific needs.
