On the 25th September we will be celebrating national fitness day. This is a chance for us to highlight the role physical activity plays across our lives, raising awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles.
We will run an open day so guests can sample group exercise classes and the newly refurbished fitness suite.
Our fitness instructor Danny Raynor will host the outdoor sessions, this will incorporate the trim track and the outdoor synthetic. Boot camp sessions will run 1pm-2pm and 4pm-5pm.
Classes and activities will run on a first come first serve basis to give protection to the current member groups and all guests must complete a health declaration prior to attending their meeting point.
