Stuart is a Personal Trainer at Oriam and has a wealth of experience supporting people with their fitness and wellbeing. He enjoys working with people to help them achieve their fitness goals.

Tom has been a Fitness Instructor at Oriam for over 4 years and has supported many members in gaining greater confidence in a gym environment. he can support you in getting the most out of your workouts.

Laura - Personal Trainer


Laura is a Personal Trainer who has a background in several disciplines including Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Running and Gymnastics. She was inspired to become a personal trainer after finding a passion for fitness following her own personal training journey. Now as a personal trainer herself, Laura works closely with her clients to encourage and support them to achieve their fitness and training goals.
