Laura is a Personal Trainer who has a background in several disciplines including Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, Running and Gymnastics. She was inspired to become a personal trainer after finding a passion for fitness following her own personal training journey. Now as a personal trainer herself, Laura works closely with her clients to encourage and support them to achieve their fitness and training goals.
