Oriam Youth Development Programme – Summer Camp

Introducing our new and exciting summer camp for aspiring young athletes! Train like a pro at Oriam!

Get ready to elevate your game with our dynamic blend of practical training sessions and workshops tailored to maximise your athletic performance.

Join us this summer to unlock your potential, make new friends, and emerge more knowledgeable, well prepared and determined than ever before.

Each week will include:

  • Gym sessions in our strength and conditioning suite, led by qualified Sport Scientists and coaches.
  • Energetic court based practicals looking at speed, agility and all things running mechanics!
  • Multiple recovery sessions, one land based and one in our very own hydropool!
  • Educational workshops on multiple topics including nutrition, growth & maturation and psychology.
