Our Flexible ACL PAYG Programme is designed exactly for that. It gives you access to Oriam’s world-class rehabilitation facilities and highly experienced physiotherapists — but on your terms. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, checking progress, needing reassurance, or pushing towards return-to-sport testing, you can choose the sessions that support your goals.
This option is ideal for:

What You Can Access (PAYG)

Initial or Follow-Up Physiotherapy Appointments
1:1 Physiotherapy (45 minutes)
A tailored session to assess your knee, review your progress, update your rehab plan or troubleshoot any issues. Perfect if you’re unsure whether you’re on track or want expert advice to progress safely.
Hydrotherapy Sessions
Make use of our 36°C warm-water rehab pool, underwater treadmill, and low-impact environment to:
- Reduce stiffness and discomfort
- Improve gait and movement patterns
- Begin or progress strengthening with reduced load
Great for early–mid stage rehab or when symptoms flare.
Gym-Based Strength & Conditioning Sessions
Work directly with a physiotherapist in our dedicated rehabilitation gym to:
- Rebuild lower-limb strength
- Improve movement mechanics
- Progress through ACL-specific loading protocols
- Ensure your training is safe and effective
Available as 1:1 sessions or in small rehab groups (max 6).
On-Pitch / On-Court Rehab
For those returning to sport, we offer sport-specific sessions focusing on:
- Change of direction
- Acceleration / deceleration
- Landing mechanics
- Conditioning for return to competition
Ideal for football, rugby, hockey, netball, basketball and more.
Biodex Isokinetic Strength Testing
Objective strength testing using our Biodex System provides:
- Limb symmetry data
- Quadriceps & hamstring strength profiles
- Clear benchmarks for progression
- Return-to-play readiness insights
Can be booked individually at any stage.
Monthly VALD Force Plate Testing
Track movement mechanics, power, balance and jump asymmetry with precise, high‑level force plate data — used in elite sport worldwide.
Fortnightly VALD Hand-Held Dynamometry Strength Testing
Monitor key muscle groups, identify strength deficits and measure improvements in real time to guide your loading progressions.
Return to Play Testing Protocol
A comprehensive assessment including:
