Each week will include:
- Gym sessions in our strength and conditioning suite, led by qualified Sport Scientists and coaches.
- Energetic court based practicals looking at speed, agility and all things running mechanics!
- Multiple recovery sessions, one land based and one in our very own hydropool!
- Educational workshops on multiple topics including nutrition, growth & maturation and psychology.
