Working 5 out of 7 days you will be responsible to and provide support to the Bistro Chef Manager. Your key duties as an Oriam Bistro Cook will be to provide and assist with the provision of professional, welcoming, high quality, flexible catering service to students, colleagues and visitors to Oriam in all areas where the service is provided or may be provided by the in house team. To prepare, cook and supply food items, meals, buffets, sandwiches, packed lunches and event catering in support of the Bistro operation and events operation within Oriam. Working with the Chef Manager, Bistro Supervisors and colleagues ensure all statutory standards are adhered to, and that all parts of the kitchen areas within Oriam are maintained at all times to the standards set and required by the University’s Hospitality Services Management on behalf of Oriam.
