One of the great things about group exercise classes is the workout plan and playlist are all planned for you. Once you've booked your space all you have to do is turn-up, ready to get moving! Our fantastic fitness instructors put together a motivating playlist and a variety of routines with all the equipment provided so all you have to do is pack your gym kit and a water bottle. The majority of our classes are open to everyone, our instructors are always ready to adapt workouts to suit your individual pace and strengths. They can also help you keep your form during exercises to help reduce the risk of injury whilst you workout.

2. Multi-task your wellbeing
Balancing your work life, social life and fitness in a week can be a squeeze! Take care of your social wellbeing and your physical fitness all at once with our friendly and welcoming fitness groups. Whilst a solo workout can give you the freedom to clear your head and work at your own pace, group exercise classes are a great way to meet new people with similar interests. Many of our groups stop at the Café after classes to refuel and catch-up before heading out.

3. Build Healthy Habits
It can take 2-6 months for an activity to become a habit! The key to building healthy habits is to make it hard to forget and easy to repeat. If you find yourself making excuses, booking into a class with a set schedule and an instructor waiting for you can help make it easy to repeat every week.
