FITNESS INDUCTIONS
Why Should I book a Fitness Induction?
Our inductions are a great opportunity to make sure you are confident and comfortable with our fitness suite equipment and services. Meet our team and other new members and find out about the services and resources available to you.
What is included in the fitness induction?
- 30 minute sessions
- Small groups of up to 5 members
- Get to know our Fitness facilities & services
- Get started with our My Wellness App
- Optional Tanita body stats analysis
How do I book my induction?
You can check induction availability with one of our fitness team when you visit the gym or you can email healthandfitness@oriam.hw.ac.uk
I might need some extra help to get started. How can you help?
If you’re returning to the gym after a break or nervous about getting started, you may want some extra one to one support. Our Personal Training taster session is a great next step after the group induction. Find out more in the Personal Training Section on this page.

Our expert instructors will help you plan your fitness goals, with regular reviews and state-of-the-art MyWellness technology to help you get there faster.
