Welcome to Walking Sports
Many people stop playing sport once they reach a certain age. However, the older we get the more important it is to stay active.
We currently offer walking football and walking netball for over 50s, open to anyone regardless of experience or ability.

Looking to get active and keep moving? Walking tennis offers a fantastic way to stay fit whilst having fun. Whether you’re looking to start playing tennis or simply keep your body and mind active, Walking Tennis is a great introduction to the sport we all love.
