Hello, I’m Mandy and I manage the Fitness Department here at Oriam. I have been at Oriam since before construction of the original gym space had even been completed. We’ve had a few face lifts along the way and during that time, my amazing team have managed to create a space that is inclusive for all.

Hi, my name’s Tom, and I’ve worked at Oriam Scotland's Sports Performance Centre for nearly 10 years, and I have loved every bit of my time here. Howdy folks, PTStewie here. I love nothing more than helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Working as a Personal Trainer for almost ten years, I have helped people from all backgrounds on their Fitness Journey. My current studies in Physiotherapy have given me a deeper insight into the impact that exercise can have not only on our bodies, but our overall health and wellbeing. Whether you are needing help getting started, seeking to optimise your workouts or simply wanting a friendly chat on the gym floor, I am always happy to help!

Hi, I'm Gregor, I've worked in fitness for just over a year and I am currently in my honour’s year studying Sport and Exercise Science. I was always active growing up through sports, but I would say my own personal fitness journey started when I lost over 30kg after joining a gym. Training has transformed my life, allowing me to meet some amazing people and make lifelong friends. I'm passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals, no matter what they might be, and would love to be able to support you every step of the way on your journey.
Starting a new gym can feel a bit daunting – that’s why we offer fitness inductions to help you hit the ground running.
