Meet Our Personal Trainers

Our personal training team at Oriam is made up of both Oriam-employed and self-employed coaches who operate within our facility. Every trainer working at Oriam meets our required professional standards and holds a minimum of a Level 3 Personal Training qualification.

Each coach brings their own background, specialisms and experience — from strength and conditioning and performance sport to body composition, functional training and general health improvement. This diversity allows us to offer a broad range of expertise, meaning you can find a coach whose approach, style and knowledge align with your goals.

While their journeys into the industry may differ, all of our personal trainers share the same commitment: delivering safe, effective and professional coaching within Oriam.

My coaching style blends clear structure with encouragement, so you always know what you’re working towards. I focus on building strong foundations, sustainable habits and confidence that lasts far beyond a short-term programme. I pride myself on creating an environment where you feel supported, challenged and genuinely cared for.

Howdy folks, PTStewie here. I provide Personal Training slots mornings and evenings throughout the week! I love nothing more than helping our members achieve their fitness goals. Working as a Personal Trainer for almost ten years, I have helped people from all backgrounds on their Fitness Journey.

My current studies in Physiotherapy have given me a deeper insight into the impact that exercise can have not only on our bodies, but our overall health. Whether you are needing help getting started, seeking to optimise your workouts or simply wanting a friendly chat on the gym floor, I am always happy to help!

I understand how to navigate changing hormones and life's stresses but to still prioritize your health and fitness and my passion is to help others with this.
