Cardio Tennis – Programme Overview
Our cardio tennis classes offer a high energy tennis fitness workout with music which includes hitting balls, footwork exercises and circuit training. This class is a great fun group activity with less of a focus on tennis technique, but featuring drills and exercises to give players of all abilities a workout whilst hitting many tennis balls. This class is perfect for building your fitness for tennis and focusses on increasing your movement and endurance to help you excel on court. Through this class, our experienced tennis coaches will work with you and help you to progress at build your fitness levels and achieve your goals. Our cardio tennis classes are held in our Indoor Tennis Centre at Oriam Scotland’s Sports Performance Centre located on Heriot-Watt University’s Edinburgh Campus near Currie offering a safe and welcoming to play tennis in Edinburgh. With six high quality indoor tennis courts on offer, Oriam Indoor Tennis Centre offers a fantastic all weather, year-round, environment for playing Tennis in Scotland, and is located in travelling distance of Livingston, West Lothian and Fife.
