Mix 45 is a 45-minute strength and conditioning class designed to deliver a full-body workout in a high-energy, structured format. Combining resistance training, functional movements, and conditioning work, this class helps build strength, improve fitness, and boost overall performance.
Sessions take place in our Strength & Conditioning Gym, making use of a wide range of equipment to keep workouts varied, challenging, and effective. Expect a mix of strength-based exercises and conditioning intervals to keep your heart rate high and muscles working.
