Our personal training sessions offer a total approach to fitness, pushing you beyond your limits, teaching you how to fuel your body, monitoring your progression and helping you to adopt a healthy mind-set. All members are entitled to one 30-minute taster session to see if the personal training is right for them and if they are compatible with the trainer. We have a range of packages available to suit your individual needs and requirement, allowing you to train in a way that works for you.
