SYSTEMS UPDATE – WE’RE BACK ONLINE
We’re pleased to let you know that all Oriam systems are now back online following our scheduled maintenance.
You can now:

Log in and manage your bookings

Access timetables and availability
-
Make new facility or class bookings
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we carried out essential upgrades.

Important Notice: Scheduled Systems Shutdown – 19th to 21st May
As part of an exciting upgrade to our systems, Oriam will undergo a scheduled systems shutdown from Monday 19th May to Wednesday 21st May.
During this period, access to Oriam’s systems will be unavailable, meaning:

- You will not be able to make bookings online
- You will not be able to sign up for membership
- The Oriam App will be temporarily inaccessible
- Some areas of the Oriam website may not function as expected
To avoid any disruption, we recommend making any bookings for this period no later than Friday 16th May.
Pay As You Play Sport and Group Exercise bookings can still be made in person at Oriam Reception during the shutdown. Please be aware that during the shutdown you will only be able to make bookings that take place between Monday 19th and Wednesday 21st May

This temporary closure is part of a wider project to introduce a new and improved booking and membership management system. Once we complete this wider project later in the summer, it will be simpler and easier to manage your bookings and membership with Oriam.
