I really enjoy the weights and plyometrics because they get me strong and fast.
It has really helped with my rugby because I can now catch people if they make a break and can get passed people. It has also made me understand the gym exercises as well so I can do weights safely.
I would definitely recommend it to a friend because it is very fun and everyone is nice.
