I have enjoyed the Oriam Youth Program and its benefits to my physical fitness and education in basic gym skills and targeted strength development. I personally enjoy the different warm ups each week like parkour and animal flow.
Coach Vicky is an absolute gem, very supportive and always makes sure that we are all feeling good and without injury, providing alternatives if needed so we can improve. Through the development program I have met a lot new people who play a wide variety of sports some completely different to mine. I have appreciate the opportunity to be part of this amazing program and would love to come back next term!
