At Oriam we offer our members a choice of over 30 group exercise classes every week.

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning that involves endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit, like High-intensity interval training. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

Mix-45 is a 45-minute class focusing on a functional fitness style of training. Functional fitness includes types of exercise that support your everyday life. It includes movements such as walking, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, lunging, and core. Mixed with some good old fashioned high intensity interval training, our Mix-45 class is sure to cover all bases!


BODYPUMP™ is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. 

BODYPUMP instructors provide options to suit everyone. It’s a good idea to start with really light weights or even just a bar. Start slowly with just one to two classes a week and build up from four or five tracks to a full class. You’ll find your fitness and strength improve over a number of sessions.

GRIT Cardio Is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increases speed and maximizes calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of bodyweight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.

GRIT Strength Is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Move your fitness up a gear with Cycle Fit. This indoor cycling class is a high energy, fun group workout focusing on endurance, strength & intervals for improving fitness levels. Cycle Fit is perfect for those who just want to saddle up and get fit without having to learn routines or specific moves.

Zumba is an aerobic fitness programme featuring movements inspired by various styles of Latin American dance and performed primarily to Latin American dance music.

Pilates is a system of exercises designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness.

Yoga is a system of physical postures, breathing techniques, and sometimes meditation derived from Yoga but often practiced independently especially in Western cultures to promote physical and emotional well-being.

Yin yoga is a quiet contemplative practice. It works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses. Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, and the deep fascia networks of the body – rather than the muscles (which are the physical focus of other yoga practices).
