With over 70 Aerobic Classes available, each week, there is something for everyone so try a class here at Oriam from yoga to bodypump or indoor cycling we have a class to suit every fitness level.
BLUE SKY CIRCUIT
Using the outdoor “playground” with various exercise stations. The class members move around each station working different muscle groups and tests both cardio and strength for an all-round challenge.
LES MILLS GRIT™ is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout.
STRENGTH – This workout uses barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises making the class member blast all major muscle groups.
PLYO – Using a bench and combining explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness, designed to build a lean and athletic body.
CARDIO – This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises providing the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast.
The RPM™ class is a cycling workout that delivers maximum results with minimum impact on your joints. Tune in to some great music as your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed meaning you can build up your fitness level over time. If you want a true sense of achievement, get into a RPM class today.
The BODYCOMBAT™ class is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. It encorporates moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
Rebalance your life at a Les Mills BODYBALANCE™ class. This calming class takes a holistic approach to fitness, as it guides you through a unique mix of Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. Feel strong and centred as you move through a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses, bringing balance back into your busy life. Focus on controlled breathing and soothing music to help you flow through the workout. Build flexibility and strength.
With Pilates class members can expect an increase in flexibility, mobility, balance and body awareness plus a decrease in back pain or other general pains. Pilates takes a balanced approach so no muscle group is overworked and the body moves efficiently thus creating holistic system.
Bodyweight circuits uses the body to push itself to the limits whilst increasing strength, balance and co-ordination. This type of training should be the fundamental part of any programme. The class will go through several variations of push, pull, leg and core exercises thus is suitable for all levels.
A key element of every exercise programme should be core work. Our core class helps build a more stable, stronger abdomen and lower back to improve fitness, straighten posture and also provides a foundation for an active daily life.

A freestyle class based on stationary bikes with a great atmosphere created by energising music to encourage fat burning. Improve muscle tone and increase cardiovascular fitness at any fitness level. Class members are in control of the resistance levels during the class on climbs, sprints and flat riding. The class is lead by an Oriam instructor.

The classes are a mixture of skill building and high intensity circuit training making for both a fun and challenging experience. The intensity of the session can be modified by using different sizes of kettlebells or by changing the number of repetitions. For this reason beginners and those with experience can participate in the same class.
This class is designed to improve fitness strength and flexibility regardless of goal. It provides low impact exercise that is suitable for all ages and fitness abilities.
